Cranberry-Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    2 c. sliced tart apples
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. honey
    grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, apples, water and orange juice.
    Bring to boil; turn heat down and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until cranberries pop and apples are tender.
    Add honey and orange rind. Puree in electric blender.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Yield:
    about 3 cups.
