Japanese Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. spareribs (salt and peppered lightly)
    1 (11 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    8 oz. cubed pineapple
Preparation
    Place spareribs in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until almost tender.
    In meantime, mix all other ingredients together.
    Add sugar to your taste and mix into spareribs and cook for additional hour or until done.
