Skillet Tomatoes And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. (1 c.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Add zucchini and onion; cook over medium heat until crisp-tender.
    Gently stir in tomatoes and seasonings.
    Cover; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
    Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese and croutons. Cover; let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
