Skillet Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini (sliced thin)
    1 large onion (sliced)
    1 large tomato (sliced)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Crisco
    flour, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Select large skillet, melt Crisco, dredge zucchini in flour, season with salt and pepper.
    Cook zucchini until crispy tender. Add onion, cook only until tender, remove from heat, add tomatoes, serve hot.
