Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown sugar
    6 whole eggs
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. pecans, broken
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar and eggs very well.\tThen add margarine that is softened
    at
    room\ttemperature.
    Add
    nuts and flavoring. Beat well
    by hand and pour into two unbaked pie crusts.
    Bake slowly until the filling is done (about 45 minutes) at 325\u00b0.
