Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
