Jalapeno Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (14 oz.) cans jalapeno black-eyed peas *
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Put into casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
