Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced apples
lemon (if desired)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put apples in bottom of casserole.
Add sugar, spices and lemon juice.
Rub other ingredients together as for pie dough. Press over top of apples.
Bake 30 or 40 minutes in moderate (350\u00b0) oven.
Serve warm with cream or lemon sauce.
