Bran Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 c. skim milk
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    6 oz. ripe banana, mashed
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix cereal and mix; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and soda; set aside.
    Mix egg with undrained pineapple and mashed banana.
    Thoroughly combine all three mixtures; stir in raisins and nuts.
    Spoon batter into 24 nonstick muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
