Chinese Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. 5 spice
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. white wine
red food coloring
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in hot water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put over pork loin and marinate overnight.
Place on broiler rack with water in bottom of broiler pan.
Have oven at 425\u00b0.
Bake 10 minutes. Turn, baste and bake 10 minutes more at 425\u00b0.
Turn heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes more.
Keep basting and turning.
