Baked Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole deboned, skinned chicken breasts, cut in half
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line shallow baking pan with foil; coat with margarine.
    Wash chicken pieces, sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt and roll in flour.
    Bake for 1 hour, basting with melted margarine every 5 minutes for the last 20 minutes.
