Mom'S Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 qt. tomatoes
    7 medium onions
    4 stalks celery
    14 sprigs parsley or 7 tsp. flakes
    3 bay leaves
    14 Tbsp. flour
    14 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut tomatoes.
    Chop onions, celery, parsley and bay leaves.
    Add to tomatoes, cooking until celery is tender.
    Press through sieve or blender.
    Rub flour and butter into a smooth paste, thinned with tomato juice.
    Then add to boiling soup.
    Add remaining ingredients.
