Wower Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil (canola)

Preparation

Sift together in an 8-inch square glass pan or enamel pan the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and soda.
Then add vinegar, vanilla, water and oil.
Mix until smooth.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0 (glass pan) or 350\u00b0 (enamel or stainless steel pan).
