Gone All Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    2 lb. beef chuck, cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes (stew meat works well, too), fat trimmed
    3 medium carrots, cut in 1-inch cubes
    6 white or yellow onions, quartered
    4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/2 c. celery, cut into chunks
    12 large fresh mushrooms
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix together tomato soup, water and flour until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Place in covered roasting pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve over noodles, if desired.
    Serves 8.
