Nutty Apple Cake With Cream Cheese Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 c. chopped, pared apples (about 6)
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil and sugar until foamy. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
Add to egg mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
