Porcupine Beef Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c uncooked rice or minute rice
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp minced onion (I grate mine)
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can hot water
Preparation
    Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix, shape into 12 balls. Brown balls in vegetable oil in frying pan, add tomato soup and water. Cover, cook 40 minutes over low heat until rice is tender. Serves six.
