Angel-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 graham crackers, crumbled
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix together in order listed.
    Pour into greased pie pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Whip 1 cup whipping cream.
    Pour over pie.
    Let stand.
    Refrigerate 2 to 8 hours before serving.
