Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. peanut butter
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 unbaked 8 or 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Blend corn syrup and peanut butter. Gradually blend in eggs and sugar until smooth, stir in vanilla and salt.
Arrange peanuts on bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Pour peanut butter mixture over peanuts.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 25 minutes longer.
Cool.
