Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
3 c. flour
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Cream shortening with sugar, beat until well mixed.
Beat in egg, add yeast mixture and beat until well mixed.
Add salt and flour, working in until a smooth dough is formed.
Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
Roll and form rolls.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
