Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. horseradish (bottled)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add to meat and remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup catsup which is spread on top of loaf.
    Put in a 9 x 3 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
