Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, orange rind and sour cream.
Stir in dry ingredients, blending well.
Add nuts.
Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Top with frosting while still warm.
Makes approximately 5 dozen.
