Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1 pkg. yeast
flour
1 stick margarine, melted
4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation

Scald milk and cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in milk.
Add 2 cups
flour and beat well.
Let stand 1/2 hour.
Add melted margarine, egg and egg yolks (well beaten), sugar, salt, vanilla and grated orange rind.
Beat well.
