Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. warm water
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 c. plain flour (3 c. white and 2 c. whole wheat)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add oil and buttermilk.
    Pour liquid ingredients over flour mixture; store in refrigerator until ready to use. Roll out as needed and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
