"Mock" Lobster(From Binghamton, New York 1963 Newspaper) - cooking recipe

1 lb. frozen cod
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
water
melted butter
Preparation

Put cod into a pan; cover with cold water.
Add salt.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain.
Cover the cod with cold water.
Add vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 more minutes.
Drain.
