Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 large apples
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar (heaping)
3 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Peel, core and half apples and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir together both sugars, salt and flour and sprinkle half of mixture over apples.
Dot each apple with butter.
Mix vanilla with water; drizzle half of liquid over apples.
Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over apples and other half of liquid mix.
Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
