Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. broccoli
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. water
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. canned milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick oleo
1 c. instant potatoes
Preparation
-
Boil broccoli, onion and water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except instant potatoes.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Add instant potatoes.
Thicken with flour and water.
