Barbecued Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 lb. venison, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain, crumble and set aside.
    Cook meat and onion in drippings until meat is browned; drain and set aside.
