Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in cubes.
    Cook potatoes until almost done.
    Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour White Sauce over potatoes.
    Arrange slices of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
