Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. tomato juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut up
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut up
1 small onion, cut up
1 small green pepper, cut up
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. cucumber, diced and seeded for garnish
1/2 c. chopped onion for garnish
1/2 c. diced green pepper for garnish
croutons for garnish
Preparation

In covered blender container at high speed, blend first 10 ingredients 1/3 at a time until fairly smooth.
Pour into large bowl; cover and chill.
Serve in soup bowls and pass chopped vegetables and croutons for garnish.
