Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 full c. oil
3 c. unsifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened apple slices, drained
Preparation

Beat first four ingredients well, then add oil, flour and baking powder. Beat again.
