Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (2 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. cooked Soya-Chik
    2 frozen patty shells, baked
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Add veggies and stir until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add chicken broth and half and half.
    Cook over medium heat; stir constantly, until thickened and heated thoroughly.
    Divide filling evenly between patty shells.
    Yields 2 servings.
