"Hot" Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 qt. home canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. hot Mexican chili powder
    1 medium to large onion
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 to 6 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add a little water, if too thick.
