Miriam'S Fish In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several sprigs parsley
    1 sliced lemon
    fish (you can use any whitefish; I use cod)
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    paprika
Preparation
    Lay parsley in baking dish; add lemon slices.
    Place fish on top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until tender. Mix sour cream and onion soup mix; spread over fish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Broil until cream is slightly brown and bubbly (usually less than 5 minutes).
    Serve hot.
