Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until slightly brown.
    Cut onion and cook with beef for three minutes.
    Drain grease drippings off.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add chili powder, tomatoes, rice, ketchup and mustard.
    Put in casserole dish and cover.
    Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and put grated cheese on top.
    Put back in oven until cheese is melted.
