Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. lean hamburger
extra large bottle Kraft regular barbecue sauce
10 oz. apricot preserves
4 oz. can Italian Salad Crispin bread crumbs
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine hamburger, apricot preserves, eggs and bread crumbs together.
Roll into balls.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Drain juice.
Pour barbecue sauce over meatballs.
Cook until bubbly.
Great to put in crock-pot after the first 20 minutes on low for several hours.
