Mary'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder; add with remaining ingredients.
    Makes 2 loaves or you can use a pound cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to an hour.
