Chicken Tostadas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. salsa
8 flour shells
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. diced lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese
hot sauce
jalapeno peppers
Preparation
-
Toss chicken in salsa.
Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour, then spread shells with cream cheese.
Spread chicken over cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Serve with hot sauce and jalapenos.
