Veal-Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices veal or chicken cutlets
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. beef broth or chicken broth
    1/2 c. white or Marsala wine
Preparation
    Flour chicken or veal.
    Pan-fry in oil to brown on both sides. Place in roasting pan and sprinkle with paprika.
