Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, unbeaten
    dash of salt
    powdered sugar (small amount)
    2 Tbsp. cream
    oil of peppermint (from drug store)
    food coloring
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix the 2 egg whites with a dash of salt.
    Stir in powdered sugar with a fork until mixture is pretty stiff, then add 2 tablespoons cream and peppermint to taste.
    Separate into 2 batches and make 2 different colors (2 drops for green or pink, 1 drop for yellow or leave mixture white).
    Mix well.
