Microwave Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fish (2 1/2 lb.)
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    several slices pounded ginger
    chopped green onion
    slivered ginger
    1/4 c. oil, heated with garlic
Preparation
    Place water, salt and pounded ginger in dish.
    Place fish on top of this after cutting 3 to 4 slices across top of fish.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Let fish stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle green onion and slivered ginger on top of fish.
    Heat oil with garlic until garlic browns lightly.
    Pour over fish and serve.
