Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together eggs, sugar and oil.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Peel, remove seeds and grate zucchini.
Add dry ingredients, zucchini, chopped nuts and vanilla to creamed mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
