Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. black beans
    1 lb. pork roast, cubed
    4 slices bacon, diced
    3 to 4 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    4 oz. Hillshire Farm kielbasa, chopped
    4 oz. ham, cubed
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    2/3 c. brown rice
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight; drain and rinse.
    Cook bacon and set aside; brown pork roast cubes in bacon fat.
    Combine beans, pork and bacon with water; cover and simmer for 2 hours.
    Saute onion and garlic in fat; add to bean mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients (except rice) and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Allow to cool; refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
    The next day, reheat bean mixture and cook rice according to package instructions.
    Serve beans over rice.
