Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. grated onions
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and drain pineapple. Mix all ingredients well, except nuts. Chill; form into
a ball and roll in nuts. Refrigerate up to 7 days or freeze until needed.
