Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 cooking apples, cut in 1/8-inch pieces
    1 box tapioca pudding
    1 (18 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Core apples and cut in 1/8-inch pieces.
    Put in a buttered 1 3/4-quart baking dish with pineapple and sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar and tapioca pudding.
    Dot with butter, cover with plastic wrap and bake on High in microwave oven for 10 minutes.
