Meat Loaf(Always Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2/3 c. bread crumbs or quick oatmeal
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    2 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Press mixture into an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Cover with a good layer of catsup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Drain off excess fat. Invert loaf onto serving dish.
    Let stand several minutes before slicing.
