Homemade Spicy Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes, quartered
    6 large carrots, peeled and cut in pieces
    2 large green peppers, seeded and cut in pieces
    4 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 bunch celery, cut in pieces
    1 bunch parsley
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients through parsley in large soup pot. Bring to a boil and simmer until soft. Strain juice in a colander, pressing to extract all liquid or put through a juice machine. Flavor to taste with the seasonings. Can according to current instructions.
    Makes 12 quarts.
