Apple Raisin Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 (two layer) spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. Touch of Butter spread
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins.
Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
