Crispy Drumsticks(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. dried whole marjoram
    1/8 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a small dish, stir well. Combine egg white and milk in a small bowl.
    Dip each drumstick in milk mixture; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
    Place drumsticks in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.

    4 servings (196 calories per serving).
