Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom soup
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts, drained and well washed
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    In a mixing bowl, blend soups, soy sauce and water.
    Place celery, onion, bean sprouts and chestnuts in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Pour the blended soup mixture over vegetables.
    Spread browned meat over top.
    Sprinkle rice over meat.
    Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven with lid on casserole or pan.
    Stir with fork once or twice last 15 minutes of baking.
