Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped (shelled) pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and syrup slowly.
When well mixed, add eggs, beaten with salt.
Mix well.
Stir in pecans and vanilla. Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
